Notation Support - Redownload Instructions

Redownload Your Purchased Copy of Notation Software

You can re-download your purchased copy of MidiNotate, Notation Musician or Notation Composer from Notation Software by following the steps below.

If you have been using the trial version of Notation Musician, or Notation Composer, you can download the trial version again; but please note that the 30-day trial period will not be reset except for major new versions.

Step 1:		Enter your email address: If your current email address is different from the one you used when you originally, purchased the software, then it will be necessary for you to now change the email address for your registered copy of the software. When you have done so, return here to enter your current email address.
Step 2:		Click the following button to that you have previously purchased from Notation Software. (Only the products you have previously purchased will be listed in Step 3.)

The following list shows the latest version of Notation Software products that you have previously purchased and which you are qualified to redownload.

If you already know your Download Key (which is different for each product you may have purchased), then you can skip this step.

It will be delivered from support@notation.com to your email address within a few minutes. Please make sure that your email spam filter accepts this email from support@notation.com Also, note that this will be a new Download Key that replaces any previous one sent to you.

Step 5:		After receiving via email your Download Key from Notation Software (support@notation.com), enter that Download Key here:
Step 6:		Click button here to of the setup file for your previously purchased copy of the Notation Software product.
