If you are trying out the small download size trial version of Notation without the User Guide, you can still view topics of the User Guide, while in Notation, using the Help menu and Help buttons, provided that you have a live Internet connection.
User Guide for Notation's "Help" Menu
If you downloaded the "small" trial version of Notation Musician or Notation Composer, the product documentation is available via the Internet with the User Guide command in Notation's Help menu. For quicker access to the documentation, you can separately download and install the User Guide from here. The User Guide will be installed in the same directory (folder) as the Notation program, and you can directly access it via the User Guide command in Notation's Help menu.
NOTE: If you purchased Notation Musician or Notation Composer, then you do not need to separately download and install the User Guide from here, because the screen-readable User Guide is always included with the Notation software. If you prefer printed documentation, please see options further down on this page.
Printable and Printed Copies of the User Guide
The Notation Musician and Composer User Guides are separately available in Adobe PDF format, so that you can print parts or all of the documentation on your printer.
Alternatively, you can order a printed copy of the User Guide. Notation Software has contracted with lulu.com to print and deliver the printed User Guide "on demand". This means that you will receive the most up-to-date documentation.
